CD 50 + 55 + 56 combines three panels into a single composition of 123 x 121 cm: one tall panel beside two smaller ones stacked vertically. Each is built from upcycled paper and magazines, cut into strips, laid in horizontal rows and finished with paint in deep brown tones that extend to the rounded frames. The arrangement gives the work an architectural structure, while the rows of strips introduce a continuous rhythm that carries across the joins between the panels. Seen from a distance the surface recalls stacked wood or layered earth; up close, the cut edges of the paper remain visible.
