Emerging from graffiti culture and shaped through years of experimentation, his practice has gradually distilled into a quieter, more controlled language. what remains is movement, slowed down, observed, reconstructed.
The ocean sits close to this work. not as image, but as condition. surfing, with its constant negotiation between balance and instability, informs a body of work built from resin and pigment. surfaces appear fluid, yet held in place. light fractures, lingers, disappears.
Layer by layer, each piece is constructed and reworked until the surface begins to hover somewhere between image and object. transparency meets opacity. depth is suggested, then withdrawn. what you see is never entirely fixed.
The exhibition microclimate brings together a selection of works, including pieces from the surface and depth series, continuing this exploration of perception, material and space.
