In Swedish Fish Water Bags 77, a red fish shaped like the Swedish Fish sweet floats near the base of a clear glass water bag. Dylan Martinez plays on a familiar memory, the goldfish won at a fair and carried home in plastic, and turns it into an object that cannot spill, deflate or expire. Every element is glass, sculpted while hot: the water mass, the trapped bubbles, the twisted neck of the bag. The red accent concentrates the eye at the centre of the work, while the surrounding transparency keeps the illusion intact. The piece joins precise craftsmanship to a light, pop sensibility.

Please note that each sculpture is a unique creation, and individual pieces may vary from the image due to their handmade nature. This picture serves as an example, our team will reach out to assist you in choosing a set that meets your satisfaction.
